Always shake before use, as natural products can settle. Use 1-3 pumps, emulsify in hands, then massage into wet hair and rinse. For moderate damage caused by excessive heat styling, follow with the Bond Builder+ Hair Mask and use the Bond Builder+ Leave-In Mask as a weekly leave-in conditioning treatment. For high damage caused by chemical and bleaching, follow with the Bond Builder+ Leave-In Hair Mask. As your hair becomes healthier, use the Bond Builder+ Leave-In Mask weekly to maintain elasticity and shine, and use either the Bond Builder+ Hair Mask or Conditioner for every wash. You may go through a short period where your hair feels oilier than usual -- this is totally normal.
