Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the Rituala Affiliate/Creator Program. By joining the program, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

1. Program Overview

The Rituala Affiliate Program allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new customers to Rituala through unique referral links. The program is managed through Rewardful, our third-party affiliate platform.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

• Have a valid Rituala account in good standing.
• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Agree to these Affiliate Terms and our general Terms of Service.
• Provide accurate and complete information during enrollment.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where participation would be prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases made by referred customers. Commission rates vary by tier:

• Affiliate Tier: 20% commission on sales, 90-day attribution window
• Creator Tier: 35% commission on sales, 120-day attribution window
• Partner Tier: 45% commission on sales, 365-day attribution window

Commission rates and tier structures may be modified at any time with 30 days' written notice. Tier upgrades are subject to performance criteria and approval by Rituala.

4. Referral Tracking and Attribution

Referrals are tracked via your unique referral link provided through Rewardful. A valid referral requires:

• The customer must click your unique referral link before making a purchase.
• The purchase must occur within the attribution window for your tier.
• The customer must be a new customer who has not previously purchased from Rituala.
• The customer must not have clicked another affiliate's link after yours (last-click attribution).

Self-referrals (referring yourself or accounts you control) are strictly prohibited and will result in commission forfeiture and potential program termination.

5. Payment Terms

• Commissions are tracked and managed through Rewardful.
• All commissions are subject to a 45-day hold period from the date of the qualifying purchase before becoming eligible for payout. This allows for refund processing and fraud prevention.
• Payouts are processed through the Rewardful affiliate portal.
• Minimum payout thresholds may apply as set by Rewardful.
• You are responsible for all taxes owed on commission income in your jurisdiction.
• Commissions on refunded or disputed purchases will be reversed.

6. Promotional Guidelines

When promoting Rituala, you agree to:

• Be truthful and transparent. Do not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about Rituala's products or services.
• Disclose your affiliate relationship. In accordance with FTC guidelines and applicable laws, you must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission from purchases made through your link.
• Use approved materials. You may use marketing assets provided by Rituala. Do not modify our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission.
• Respect our brand. Do not associate Rituala with content that is offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or otherwise harmful to our reputation.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination:

• Spam: Sending unsolicited emails, messages, or communications promoting your affiliate link.
• Paid search on brand terms: Bidding on "Rituala," "rituala.com," or similar branded keywords in paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
• Cookie stuffing: Using techniques to set referral cookies without genuine user interaction.
• Incentivized clicks: Offering rewards, incentives, or payments solely for clicking your affiliate link.
• Misleading advertising: Creating ads or content that misrepresent Rituala's products, pricing, or results.
• Trademark misuse: Registering domain names or social media accounts that include "Rituala" or confusingly similar variations.
• Fraud: Using bots, fake accounts, or any other fraudulent means to generate referrals or inflate metrics.

8. Intellectual Property

Rituala grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Rituala trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Rituala through the Affiliate Program. This license:

• Is subject to our brand guidelines.
• Does not grant ownership of any intellectual property.
• May be revoked at any time with or without cause.
• Terminates immediately upon your exit from the program.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time:

• By Affiliate: You may leave the program at any time. Accrued commissions that have cleared the hold period will still be paid.
• By Rituala: We may suspend or terminate your participation with or without cause. If terminated for cause (violation of these terms), all pending commissions may be forfeited.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of Rituala trademarks, marketing materials, and remove all affiliate links.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rituala's total liability arising from the Affiliate Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim. In no event shall Rituala be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rituala, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your promotional activities, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Affiliate Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the affiliate dashboard with at least 30 days' notice. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, consistent with our general Terms of Service.
